high plank spidersHave you ever thought.. man I would really like to get into shape and lose weight? Then you google it and think… nope, nope, no way. When you look online it’s pretty much all hard bodied beauties promising insane results within a very unreasonable time frame.  Or, it’s crazy hard workouts and you think “I would sooo break an ankle doing that!”

Well I have designed a program that could be your answer and saving grace. I have been involved in the Fitness and Physical Therapy industry for 17 years and I have worked with clients of every shape, size and injury. I have worked with some of the best Therapists and Physicians out there and I have been a part of a multitude of research teams. I have always worked with the theme that fitness needs to come first. I would get so frustrated with clients who would come to me with lofty goals of losing a lot of weight but then wouldn’t actually commit to the work.  I won’t lie to you, when I was first starting out I ran dozens of fitness programs full of empty promises. Then, about 10 years ago, I became much stronger in my personal conviction that fitness needed to come first; before weight loss. Gaining stregnth, improving quality of living had to be first on the table.

This conviction inspired me to design a 6 week program built around the individual clients needs(or as close as I can get to them!) Mom of 2 with a bad back from a car accident?  67 year old grandmother, and full time designer with a history of siatic pain and neck tension? 37 year old with no injuries but suffers a case of the lazies? 45 year old with chronic left knee pain?

As you go through the 6 weeks these are actual client programs I am walking you through. Each program starts out fairly short just about 20 minutes the first week, and progresses you to 40 minutes a day.

You will have 2 live workouts with me over the 6 week course so we can address any special issues you may have.
