Hello! This is me and my family. I have been a fitness trainer for 17 years. I am a mom of 3 littles. I hybrid-homeschool my kids, I work with clients everyday looking to get into better shape. I work with people to help them focus less on their weight and more on their health. My undergraduate and graduate studies were in exercise physiology and physical therapy. I have worked with and studied under (and still do!)  some of the best chiropractors, physical therapists and neurologists to bring my clients smart trainin, that progresses them forward, increases strength and decreases pain.

In 2014 when I had my last baby, I knew I would never get these precious years back with them again. So I closed down my brick and mortar fitness studio that had been running for almost 6 years, and said goodbye to that part of the fitness world. I had always trained clients online, and I expanded that to a larger roster of classes that my clients could tune into anywhere in the world.

At the urging of several clients I have created a few fun online tools for you to use at home, on your own in the comfort of your home. I do not promise 6 weeks to a 6 pack, or 12 weeks to a rock hard body. But I do promise you that at the end of these programs you will be smarter about your workouts, you will look at your workouts more effectively and understand why you do certain movements/ You will have the knowledge and understanding to get stronger and more fit, and love your body more regardless of weight… Willy you lose weight too? Yes of course! But That is a natural side effect of fitness. I aim to keep our focus on health and strength.
