How and when do you know it’s time to take your work out to the next level? When you have “mastered” these moves… and by that I do not mean performing them perfectly, I mean that you UNDERSTAND how they work, why they work and what they can do for your body. That you understadn when you engage in this or any other program in the future when a trainer says squat, lunge, plank you understand instantly how to get into those positions and how to fire up the muscles neccessary to strengthen those movements and to get better and stronger and avoid injury.

In this 14 day Fired Up workout series. we will be adding a layer to our Foundations series. If you are already fairly well versed and active in your exercise routine this would be a perfect level for you to jump into.
