Start today with what you have and with where you are on your fitness journey.
Determine first what it is that you really want. To get healthier? Stronger? Weight loss?

Then take a moment and reexamine those. Is it REALLY what you want? Or is it what others are telling you that you should want? Once you have gotten really clear on what you want.

Then DECIDE how you will make it happen, Decide what it looks like day to day and how you can make space for it in your life. THIS IS CRITICAL. Don’t just jump up and run to a fitness class today… I mean do because that’s awesome for you. But it’s a really crappy feeling when you can not sustain something. Instead run to your CALENDAR and PLAN out where you will fit this in, what it looks like on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

And then just DO it.
